Her breath-led yoga practices are designed to support deep nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and clarity of presence.

Each morning and evening session is aligned with the retreat’s theme, supporting women through transition and change. Whilst creating a sacred structure for both energetic exploration and inner stillness. Annika shares her craft as both teacher and guide, gently helping you return to your centre.
