Jane is the heart and humour behind The Middle Aged Goddess a growing movement that celebrates ageing with unapologetic joy, style, and substance. Known for her unfiltered approach to midlife, Jane has become an accidental influencer, a voice of encouragement, and a walking permission slip for women to live boldly, be seen, and feel fabulous exactly as they are.

After the profound personal loss of her mum, dad, and sister to cancer, Jane carries a deep appreciation for life’s sacredness. That gratitude fuels everything she does, including creating soulful adventures like this one.
